California’s updated joint-agency vapor intrusion guidance has finally been release for review and public comment. Here’s what you need to know:
1. They did NOT walk back the AF=0.03 – it was proposed as it was originally envisioned.
2. Opportunity to comment is open until April 30, 2020.
3. Prior concerns about the validity of the USEPA building database have been ignored.
